- Replacement: If your product is defective within the specified warranty period, you can request a replacement.
2. Non-returnable Items
- Physical Damage: Products damaged due to mishandling or misuse are not eligible for return or replacement.
- Used Items: Products that have been used or damaged outside of standard usage are not eligible for return.
3. Refunds
- Refunds: We do not provide refunds for returned items. If a return is accepted, a replacement will be issued.

- Provide your order number, product details, and a brief description of the issue you are facing.
- For replacements, you may be asked to return the defective product (shipping costs for returns may apply).
